What to expect when giving a specimen sample

Bring with Valid drivers licence/State Valid ID/Valid Passport and form/email from employer indicating what type of testing you will need. ie random breath alcohol and dot urine collection.

Give yourself plenty of time. Wear comfortable loose clothing.

Try to keep personal effect to a minimal day of screening/testing. Less items on you less items we have to lock away.

Please pick a sealed specimen cup. Verify that it is indeed sealed.

**The restroom at this point will have no running water from it. Meaning you will not be able to access water at all. Other than the Blue dyed water in bowl. That you may NOT flush. DO NOT FLUSH If water cannot be shut off, than the restroom will have tape over its fixtures. If there are sensors in the restroom those will be covered. The Handle for toilet will be covered/taped as well. Soap dispensers or anything that could effect the collection/test.

The IDEA is not to give you access to unnecessary water or products.

This IS NOT like what the doctors offices ask you to perform with wet wipes/cleaning.

YOU will void in specimen cup within 5 minutes of door closing. NON NONNEGOTIABLE

If you are unable to give a sample we will go into other protocols and thoroughly explain to you as to what those are. We will give you time and water to give a sample.

We ask for roughly half full or as much as you can fill without overfilling the cup. Please place cup back on napkin. Open door. I will come back in, turn on water or remove tape. You will be able to wash your hands at that point. We will verify a few numbers on the vials and labels. Sign a Chain of Custody and be done. The whole process takes less than half hour, assuming no major issues or delays.

Please ask any questions in the beginning once process starts communication is kept to minimal.

You will get a copy when you leave or at the end.
